At Wink, we understand that it is challenge to buy a compression garment without trying it on. As such, we try to ease the process as much as possible by providing the following personalized services:
- We follow up with customers to double check sizing as soon as the order is placed
- We consult with customers on the appropriate garment for them
- We offer free shipping postage and envelopes for return and exchange (applicable for the first return and exchange) (US domestic only)
- We ship orders immediately once we confirmed sizing with customers
- We will meet requests to have orders overnighted (even if it means us hand delivering it!)
- We will do our utmost to ensure complete satisfaction
- We listen and are attentive to feedback from customers on product and service improvements
